TECHKUBER Inc's Business Process Outsourcing
Services include most of the mission-critical business processes. We create
value by concentrating our application and functional experience with our proven
network of Partner Centers, where we share best practices and economies of scale
for the benefit of multiple clients.
TECHKUBER Inc has been catching on to the
value of outsourcing business processes such as benefits-administration, billing
and payroll, training, logistics-management, and human-resources functions. And
the market is expected to continue its healthy growth, fueled by mergers and
acquisitions that create redundant systems and new application requirements.
Why BPO at TECHKUBER Inc ? Once a
contextual process has been identified by us, BPO is not the only answer. In
fact, there are five alternatives to BPO. The first is "do nothing" which is
certainly a choice unto itself. Expense pressure ultimately makes this choice
untenable. Another alternative is to "stop doing it" entirely. However, in my
experience, most corporations simply cannot bring themselves to stop performing
an existing process or activity. A third alternative is to reengineer the
process. We believe that critical and core processes should be reengineered but
contextual processes should not. Since BPO is most appropriate for contextual
processes, reengineering is not a logical option. Another alternative is to
"spin-off" the process into a freestanding, commercial enterprise. The success
rate for companies who have embarked on this endeavor is at best, only 10% . . .
not very high successes rate. The fifth alternative to BPO is the formation of a
joint venture (JV) - either with a supplier or with other corporations facing a
similar contextual dilemma. JVs with the highest success rates are those where
the corporation has chosen a supplier as its JV partner - an entity with a
proven track record of commercial success. The sixth alternative is business
process outsourcing (BPO). The challenge in implementing BPO today is the lack
of a mature and robust supplier community. There is simply more demand by
corporations for outsourcing contextual processes than BPO suppliers to perform
them on their behalf. This has led to the need for more creative BPO solutions
where the client and its advisors assist existing outsourcers to gain BPO
capability as well as aid in the creation of new BPO suppliers (spin-offs, jvs,
etc).
The BPO "hotspots" in the market today are those
contextual processes in the following functions: Human Resources (HR),
Procurement, Finance & Accounting (F&A) and Energy Management.
